"Everyone loves muffins."

...That's what my Grandma used to say. She would spend hours in the kitchen, baking cakes, biscuits, tarts and most of all, muffins.

Over the years she wrote down her recipes, after experimenting with flavours and fruits, and left her Cook Book to me. I could have kept the secret of these carefully perfected muffins all to myself, but I'm not that kind of person.

One by one, I'm getting around to putting my Gran's recipes up, sharing the joy of muffin-y goodness with the world.

So here they are, in all their glory, enjoy making them as much as you'll enjoy eating them.
